Very beautiful place and nice people Great experience

No complaints about food. Shame they only advertise vino della casa (aka vinegar) when their cellar is full of the best labels, the waitress hits you with the tray asking YOU to be careful and the restrooms are hideous. Peperoni cruschi non available, wine list not available, same for desserts. As always the contents of Basilicata essence and traditions are impossible to be discovered with a service lacking in all logics of tourism as well as logics of an averagely cerebral gifted being - floral included.

this restaurant was recommended to me by the owner of the bed & breakfast where I was staying. The restaurant is located on the top of the small village of San Giorgio le Fratte.I arrived late on a Friday evening and the restaurant was very busy and luckily I had booked previously. After a few minutes of waiting I was escorted to my table. I was greeted by the owner of the restaurant and perhaps due to his relationship with the owner of my bed & breakfast in a few minutes I received the food ordered. Good grilled meat, served on a hot plate and also excellent cruschi peppers. On Fridays fish dishes are also available and consequently the owner served us some samples. The restaurant also offers a pizzeria service and is open until late in the evening and has parking available. My advice is to go to the restaurant early to be served in the best possible way and in peace. In any case, it is best to book early to avoid waiting especially on weekends. The bill was a surprise, I paid very little even though I didn't order wine or beer. Overall positive experience.
